How do I pay?
By invoice, for now. Choose a plan and we send an invoice to your organization, payable by bank transfer. Paying by card online is coming.
What does "billed annually" mean?
Essentials and Professional are invoiced once a year, in advance: $348 a year for Essentials and $948 a year for Professional, per tenant. The monthly figure is there to compare plans.
How is the MSP plan billed?
A platform fee of $199 a month plus $19 a month for each tenant in the workspace.
Do I lose my Preview backups when I choose a plan?
No. Your Preview workspace becomes your paid workspace, with its backups, its tenant and your team. Choosing a plan unlocks every setting type, restore and scheduled backups; the next backup reads everything.
What is the one-time snapshot for?
For a consultant, a migration or an audit: two full backups of a tenant and automatic restore for 30 days, the backups kept to browse, compare and download, and an as-built configuration document (coming soon). After the 30 days the tenant returns to the Preview. Your hosted backups are kept for 90 days after a plan ends; backups in your local vault stay readable on your computer.
Can I cancel? Does a plan renew by itself?
A plan never renews by itself: it runs until its end date, and renewing is a new invoice. If you do not renew, the plan ends on that date. Your hosted backups are kept for 90 days after a plan ends, and the owners are emailed 30 and 7 days before they are deleted; backups in your local vault stay readable on your computer.
